Perhaps it is the 2 year new graduate programme that they have developed to attract and retain talent or the bespoke designed new premises in Waipukurau with thought put into how staff work but also how to keep them safe, maybe it is the robust and tailored working alone practices that are in place to keep staff safe when they work outside hours or it could be the way they obviously care about their community with their significant contribution through targeted support of community groups and scholarships to study veterinary sciences, perhaps it is the way innovation is weaved through their business or that they engage through their product supply chain to forecast future demand and influence production, maybe it is that they proved a particular drench, could, and should be used which ensured the manufacturer produced it, maybe it is the change of veterinary systems to improve back end reporting or that they engage with suppliers to recycle or reuse packaging.
