Nigel Pollock - Downer

Nigel has a wealth of experience and expertise to offer entrants, having won the Community Contribution Award at the 2020 Business Awards and then taking out the ultimate title of the Supreme Award, Nigel is well aware of the Business Awards process and the many benefits entering the business awards can bring to a business. 

Nigel has a background in civil engineering and hospitality management and has spent the last four years with Quality Roading Systems as their CEO managing a team of 100.  Earlier this year, Nigel took on a new role with Downer as their Regional Manager for Gisborne and Wairoa. 

Nigel's strengths are in leadership and change management and he is looking forward to being a part of the judging process, rather than on the other side.
