About your presenter

Kathryn McGarvey has more than 20 years’ marketing experience and now runs The Meaningful Marketing Company, based in Napier. She spends her days interviewing people, digitally eavesdropping and generally engaged in wholesome snooping on behalf of her clients, (to help them better understand their customers and what will make them buy).

She’ll tell anyone who’ll listen that talking to your customers and using what they tell you in your marketing is a ridiculously easy way to get an edge on the competition and grow your business.
