De-stress for Success: Redefining your relationship with Stress for optimal Health and Wellbeing

Stress is an inevitable part of life. We can’t avoid it, out-run it, or tell it to switch off when we want it to. Too much stress leaves us rundown, unproductive and suppresses our immune system increasing our risk of illness. What might surprise you to know, is that too little stress can also be bad for us! The right types of stress can improve our health and through active stress management we can be intentional with our choices to enhance good stress benefits and diminish negative impacts from bad stress.

In this two hour workshop we will identify key sources of stress that affect you as an individual, and the strategies we can implement on a daily basis to alleviate, minimise and recover from stress. Leaving you with more agency in how you show up, everywhere!
