Jen McKay - AskYourTeam

Jen leads the client services team at AskYourTeam. Jen is excited about the purpose of AskYourTeam which is to support clients to create the most productive and enjoyable workplaces in the world.

Jen’s team supports clients to implement the AskYourTeam system in order to gain insights into their underlying business performance and works with clients to analyse results, design recommendations for improvement, and take actionable steps to drive change.

She has significant experience working with organisations to lift performance and honed her craft as a consulting partner at PwC. Jen is passionate about people led change and supporting leaders to bring out both the best of themselves and their teams.

Prior to joining PwC, Jen had a varied career working across a range of industries including banking and the pharmaceutical industry. Jen has lived and worked in Singapore and this leadership experience taught her a great deal about leading diverse teams.

After 30 years in Wellington, Jen is excited to have moved back to the East Coast and closer to her childhood home of Gisborne. Hawkes Bay already feels like home and Jen is looking forward to extending her local network and learning more about the diverse range of exciting businesses here in the Bay.
